Camino Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened, 200 g

Camino Shredded Coconut is plain unsweetened coconut, shredded into fine strands with no sugar or preservatives added. It has the natural, mildly sweet flavour of coconut and toasts up golden in a dry pan in a couple of minutes.

Fold it into granola, cookies, macaroons and muffins, or sprinkle it over oatmeal, yogurt and curries. Toasted, it makes a quick topping for a fruit crumble or a bowl of ice cream. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry cupboard, and if you are not going to use it for a while, the fridge helps it stay fresh.
