About this product

Dairy-free white chips for baking, sold from our bulk section by weight. They are made with sugar, palm kernel oil, tapioca starch and soy lecithin, flavoured with vanillin and a touch of salt, so there is no milk in them and nothing containing gluten. They are the easy answer when a vegan or dairy-free recipe calls for white chocolate chips.

Use them in blondies, white chocolate macadamia cookies or banana bread with walnuts, melt them into a coconut hot chocolate or a coffee, or scatter them over frozen desserts. Scoop what you need and store the rest in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard.
