Bulk Organic Taco Seasoning

Taco seasoning from the bulk section, made from onion, red peppers, garlic, chili peppers, cumin, lemon peel, paprika, cayenne, smoked jalapeño, oregano and a touch of citric acid for brightness. It is smoky and warm with a medium heat, and there is no salt in the blend so you can season to taste. Kosher certified.

Brown ground beef, turkey, beans or crumbled tofu, add a spoonful with a splash of water and simmer. It also works in taco soup, fajita vegetables and on roasted chickpeas. Sold by weight, so a small scoop covers a taco night. Keep it sealed away from light.
