Whole organic hibiscus flowers from Lemon Lily Tea. Hibiscus brews a deep ruby red with a tart, cranberry-like flavour. It is caffeine-free and makes a striking cup on its own or blended with other herbs.
Sold from our bulk section by weight. Steep a few flowers in hot water and sweeten to taste, or brew it strong, chill it and serve over ice with lime. Store sealed, away from light, to keep the colour.
