Blue Lagoon is a white tea blend from Lemon Lily Tea built on Pai Mu Tan, with butterfly pea flower, pomegranate, orange, lemon and safflower. The butterfly pea turns the cup a striking blue, and a squeeze of lemon shifts it toward violet. The taste is light, fruity and delicate.

Sold from our bulk section by weight. Steep with water well below the boil to keep the white tea soft. It makes a beautiful iced tea. Store sealed, away from light.
