About this product
Organic Jamaican seasoning blend from our bulk spice section, sold by weight so you can take a small scoop to try or a jar to keep. It is a jerk-style mix of onion, allspice, pepper, cassia, garlic, thyme, cayenne, jalapeño and nutmeg: warm, a little sweet from the allspice and cassia, with a proper kick.
Rub it on chicken, fish or tofu before grilling, stir it into rice and beans, or sprinkle it over roasted vegetables. Keep it in a sealed jar away from the stove's heat and light, and it will stay lively for months.
