Bulk Organic Crystallized Ginger

Organic crystallized ginger is fresh ginger root simmered in cane sugar syrup until tender, then dried and rolled in sugar. The result is chewy, sweet and warmly spicy, with the bite of real ginger still there. It is sold by weight from our bulk section, so you can take a small handful or stock up for baking season.

Chop it into gingerbread, scones, muffins and granola, fold it through dark chocolate bark, or drop a piece into a mug of hot water for a quick ginger tea. A lot of people simply keep a few pieces in their bag for a sweet nibble. Store it in a sealed jar at room temperature.
