The seasoning is simple: maple syrup, sea salt and spices, with cultured celery powder as the cure and a touch of olive oil. It is made in Canada from 100% Canadian meat.

Bison is lean and mildly sweet, and the stick has a firm, jerky-like chew without being tough. It is gluten free and travels well: toss one in a gym bag, a lunch kit or a backpack for the trail. At 50 g it is a proper protein snack.
