Botanica Valerian Liquid Herb is a 1:2 extract of organic valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) in organic cane alcohol and distilled water. Valerian is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help promote a sense of calm, to help relieve nervousness and to help you fall asleep naturally.
