Botanica Turmeric Liquid Herb is a liquid extract of certified organic turmeric root (Curcuma longa) in a base of certified organic alcohol and distilled water. Turmeric is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory to help relieve joint pain, and it is a source of antioxidants.

Drops are a quick way to take turmeric without capsules or cooking with the root. Take them under the tongue or add them to warm water, tea or a golden milk. Each drop is equivalent to 12 mg of turmeric.
