Botanica Turmeric Liquid Herb is a liquid extract of certified organic turmeric root (Curcuma longa) in a base of certified organic alcohol and distilled water. Turmeric is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory to help relieve joint pain, and it is a source of antioxidants.

Drops are a quick way to take turmeric without capsules or cooking with the root. Take them under the tongue or add them to warm water, tea or a golden milk. Each drop is equivalent to 12 mg of turmeric.

Turmeric is useful as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic in treatment of arthritis, colitis, Chrohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and bursitis. Turmeric mildly lowers blood pressure, reduces LDL cholesterol levels, and reduces oxidative damage to the liver, blood vessels (atherosclerosis), and eyes.
