About this supplement
Arnicare Cream is a homeopathic medicine from Boiron used to help relieve muscle and joint pain and to ease the bruising and swelling that follow a fall, a knock or a hard workout. The medicinal ingredients are mother tinctures of Arnica montana, Bryonia, Calendula officinalis and Ledum palustre in a light cream base.
The cream is non-greasy and fragrance-free, rubs in fully and suits a post-exercise massage as well as a spot treatment on a bruise. It is for adults and children from 3 years. Directions are on the package.

Directions
Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Cream on the affected area as soon as possible. Massage gently until complete penetration.
Repeat up to 3 times a day or as recommended by a health care practitioner.
For external use only. Do not apply to the mucous membranes, the eyes, a oozing dermatosis, an infected lesion or a wound.
