The matcha is hand-picked and organically grown in Japan; the coconut gives it a creamy, subtly sweet finish that takes the edge off matcha's grassiness, which makes this a friendly starting point if you are new to it.

Whisk a teaspoon with a splash of hot water until frothy, then top with hot or cold milk of your choice and sweeten to taste. Because every ingredient is finely ground rather than steeped, it also stirs into smoothies, oatmeal and energy balls. The 100 g pack makes roughly 20 to 30 lattes.
