MegaFood Blood Builder is an iron supplement made the MegaFood way, with nutrients delivered alongside whole foods: iron bound to nutritional yeast, vitamin C from organic oranges, folic acid in broccoli and vitamin B12, all on a base of organic beet root.
The formula is designed to be easy on the stomach, which is why it can be taken at any time of day, even without food. The tablets are vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, non-GMO, kosher and dairy-free, and made in a peanut- and tree-nut-free facility. This is the 30-tablet bottle.
