BioSteel Mixed Berry Hydration Mix comes as a box of twelve single-serve sachets, each 7 g, so you can drop one in a gym bag or lunch box. Each sachet mixes into water to give you electrolytes (calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc), a full B-vitamin blend and fermented, plant-based amino acids, with a berry flavour and no sugar.

There is no caffeine or other stimulant in it, so it works as well on a long hike or a hot afternoon on the job site as it does at practice. It is sweetened with stevia, has no artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners or preservatives, and is NSF Certified for Sport. Vegan.

Mix 1-2 sachets with 250 mL-500 mL of water, 2 times daily. You may alter your water levels in order to achieve your desired taste.
