The 315 g tub of BioSteel's iced tea Hydration Mix, about 45 servings. Each scoop is a zero-sugar blend of fermented, plant-based amino acids, a full B-vitamin blend and electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and calcium from Aquamin marine algae), sweetened with stevia and coloured with beet root powder and spirulina. There is no caffeine or other stimulant, and no artificial flavours or colours.

Scoop it into water and drink it around activity, through a long shift, or simply as a way to get more water down on a hot day. The added vitamins and minerals help support overall good health.
