BioSteel's Rainbow Twist Hydration Mix in a box of seven single-serve sachets. Each 7 g packet holds the full formula: fermented, plant-based amino acids (leucine, glutamine, valine, isoleucine, glycine and taurine), a complete B-vitamin blend, and electrolytes from sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and Aquamin marine calcium. Zero sugar, stevia-sweetened, coloured with a fruit and vegetable blend, and free of caffeine, stimulants and artificial ingredients.

Drop a sachet into a bottle of water, shake and drink, before, during or after activity. The added vitamins and minerals help support overall good health. Sachets are the format for gym bags, lunch kits and travel.
