Each 7 g packet holds the full formula: fermented, plant-based amino acids (leucine, glutamine, valine, isoleucine, glycine and taurine), a complete B-vitamin blend, and electrolytes from sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and Aquamin marine calcium. Non Medicinal Ingredients
Citric Acid, Natural Flavours, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, Fruit and Vegetable Blend, Purified Stevia Leaf Extract, Lecithin. 

Mix 1-2 scoops with 8-16oz. of water, 2 times daily. You may alter your water levels in order to achieve your desired taste.
