Each 7 g packet is a zero-sugar blend of fermented, plant-based amino acids (leucine, glutamine, valine, isoleucine, glycine and taurine), ten B vitamins and an electrolyte blend of sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and Aquamin marine calcium. NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Citric Acid, DL-Malic acid, Natural Watermelon Flavour, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, Fruit and Vegetable blend, Purified Stevia Leaf Extract, Lecithin.

Adults: mix 1-2 scoops, 2 times per day with 250-500 ml of water. Athletes: mix 1-2 scoops with 500 ml of water per every hour of exercise.
