Seven single-serve sachets of BioSteel's mixed berry Hydration Mix. Each 7 g packet is a zero-sugar drink powder made of fermented, plant-based amino acids, ten B vitamins and an electrolyte blend of sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and Aquamin marine calcium. It is coloured with beet root powder, sweetened with stevia, and free of caffeine, stimulants and artificial flavours or colours.

How to use
Adults: mix 1-2 scoops, 2 times per day with 250-500 ml of water. Athletes: mix 1-2 scoops with 500 ml of water per every hour of exercise.
