BioSil, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

BioSil is a silicon supplement built around choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid (ch-OSA), a patented form of silicon. Rather than supplying collagen itself, it is designed to help your body generate its own collagen, the structural protein behind smooth skin, thick hair and strong nails. Each vegetarian capsule provides 6 mg of silicon, equivalent to six drops of the BioSil liquid.
