Two plant-based burger patties from Beyond Meat, 226 g in the pack. They are built on pea, rice and mung bean proteins with coconut oil and cocoa butter for juiciness, and beet juice for the pink-to-brown colour change as they cook. No soy, and they are vegan and gluten-free.

Cook them on the barbecue or in a pan for a few minutes per side, then top them the way you like a burger. Keep them refrigerated or frozen as the package directs.
