About this product

A two-sided body sponge made from konjac root fibre. One half is the plain konjac sponge Bathorium is known for, soft enough for everyday washing; the other half has hand-harvested walnut shell worked into it for a more textured polish on rough spots like elbows, knees and heels. Wet it, add your usual body wash, and it works up a creamy lather in the bath or shower.

Konjac is a plant root fibre, a natural alternative to a plastic loofah. The sponge dries hard between uses and softens again in warm water, so hang it somewhere airy after each wash.

  • Konjac root fibre, walnut shell, water
  • Soft side for daily cleansing, walnut side for exfoliating
  • Hang to dry; soften in warm water before use
How to use
Submerge the sponge in water to hydrate and soften it before each use. Add your favourite body wash directly to the sponge and massage the skin in gentle circular motions. Use the soft konjac side for daily cleansing and the walnut shell side for a deeper, exfoliating polish. After use, hang the sponge to dry in a well-ventilated area. It will naturally harden between baths; simply soften it again in warm water before the next use.
