Sliced elk salami from Atwood Heritage's game meats line. Farm-raised elk is blended with pork and beef, seasoned with pepper and garlic, lightly sweetened with maple syrup, then fermented, cold smoked over natural wood and dry cured. The result is a firm, meaty salami with a savoury, slightly sweet flavour.

It comes pre-sliced and ready to eat, so it goes straight onto a cheese board, into a sandwich or a wrap, or alongside crackers and pickles for lunch. Gluten-free and dairy-free, with no added colour or artificial ingredients. Cured with cultured celery powder rather than added nitrites. Keep it refrigerated once opened.
