Farm-raised wild boar is blended with pork and beef, seasoned with spices and a touch of cane sugar, then fermented, cold smoked over natural wood and dry cured. Boar has a richer, slightly sweeter taste than pork, and the sticks have a firm, meaty texture.

They are ready to eat, which makes them an easy snack for the trail, the lunch bag or a charcuterie board. Gluten-free and dairy-free, a source of protein, with no added colour or artificial ingredients. Cured with cultured celery powder rather than added nitrites.
