About this product
ATP Lab Glutamed is an amino acid powder that combines L-glutamine and L-glycine in a 4:1 ratio, 4 g of glutamine and 1 g of glycine in each 5 g scoop. Both are AjiPure amino acids made by fermentation, which means they are vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients and no fillers. Glutamine is the main fuel for the cells that line the gut, and glycine helps the body turn glucose into energy.
It is used by people who train hard to help support recovery. Stir a scoop into water or a shake. The 500 g tub gives about 100 scoops.
