AquaOmega's High DHA formula is a source of both EPA and DHA, with the emphasis on DHA, so it suits anyone who does not eat fish or would rather skip fish oil altogether. This is the grape flavoured bottle, sweetened with monk fruit extract rather than sugar.

It is measured by the spoonful and taken once a day, on its own or stirred into a smoothie. Shake the bottle well before pouring, since the oil settles between uses.
