About this supplement
Zen Theanine from AOR is L-theanine, an amino acid found almost only in green tea. It is known for helping to promote relaxation and to reduce nervousness and restlessness, without causing drowsiness. Each vegetarian capsule provides 225 mg, with cellulose as the only other ingredient.
