About this supplement

Citicoline, also called CDP-choline, is a nutrient the brain uses to build phospholipids, the building blocks of neural cell membranes, and as a source of choline for neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine. AOR's Citicoline uses the Xerenoos form and has been shown to help support cognitive function and memory in older adults.

Each vegetarian capsule provides 250 mg citicoline plus 14 mg choline, 264 mg in all. This is the 60-capsule bottle. Directions are in the how-to-use section; AOR suggests asking a practitioner about use beyond three months.
