About this product
AOR Active Green Tea is a standardized green tea leaf extract in capsule form. Each capsule provides 700 mg of extract with 315 mg of EGCg, the catechin most studied in green tea, which AOR equates to roughly ten cups of high-EGCg sencha without drinking ten cups of tea.
Take it with food as the label directs. Caffeine is low at 7 mg per capsule, a small fraction of a cup of tea. AOR guarantees that nothing is in the bottle beyond what is on the label.
