A natural luffa sponge grown in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Luffa is the dried inside of a gourd, so it is entirely plant-based, compostable at the end of its life and free of plastic. This personal-sized piece is about 5 inches (13 cm) long and comes with a cord loop for hanging in the shower.

Wet it, add your soap, and use it to lather up and gently scrub in the bath or shower. Rinse well and hang it to dry between uses so it stays fresh. When it softens with age, it can go in the compost.
