Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes - 750G

Ancient Minerals bath flakes are the dry flakes of magnesium chloride and other naturally-occurring trace minerals in a convenient and economical form for utilization in baths and foot soaks. Some individuals with sensitive skin may prefer this method of application to the more concentrated Ancient Minerals Magnesium Gel or Magnesium Oil.

Dissolved in warm water, our magnesium chloride flakes provide the user with highly soluble magnesium chloride.

Temperature of the water should be approximately 101-103°F (39°C). Soak for 20 minutes or more. Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry. For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups. For body soaks, dissolve up to 1 full bag, depending upon desired bath concentration.
