Allergy Smart Gingersnap Cookies are spiced holiday cookies made with ginger, organic cinnamon and molasses on a gluten-free oat flour base. Like the rest of the Allergy Smart range they are free from the top ten food allergens, vegan, non-GMO and kosher, which makes them an easy choice for a classroom party or a cookie exchange where you are not sure who can eat what. Organic brown sugar, maple syrup and cane sugar provide the sweetness.

They are good on their own with tea, crumbled over ice cream, or set out on a holiday plate beside the Chocolate Peppermint cookies from the same line.
