Allergy Smart Chocolate Peppermint Cookies are chocolate cookies with peppermint extract and organic chocolate chips, baked on a gluten-free oat flour base for the holidays. They are free from the top ten food allergens, vegan, non-GMO and kosher, so they can go on a cookie tray or into a school treat bag without anyone having to check twice. The sweetness comes from organic brown sugar, maple syrup and tapioca syrup.

Serve them with hot chocolate, tuck a few into a lunchbox, or set them out at a holiday gathering where guests have mixed dietary needs. Each box is 224 g.
