With lots of research, and some tinkering to custom modify spinning cone column technology to remove the alcohol from traditional wines while retaining the varietal-specific taste and aromas, Edenvale was born.

Capsicum, ripe gooseberry and herbaceous fruity aromas define this straw-green off-dry Sauvignon Blanc.

The zesty acidity in our Sauvignon Blanc makes it ideal for fish, sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon, or raw barely cooked tomatoes. It also goes well with goat’s cheese, salads, grilled chicken, and Mexican foods.
