Loire Valley wine, dealcoholized at low temperature.

DIVIN began in 2018 at Vignobles Villebois in the Loire Valley. The wines are made as full wines first, then the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation at low temperature so the Sauvignon Blanc still smells like Sauvignon Blanc. We carry the still Sauvignon Blanc, the Chenin Blanc and the sparkling.
