About this product

NOA Non-Alcoholic Italian Bitter is a red-hued aperitivo in the Campari tradition, without the alcohol. Its base of grapefruit and orange keeps it fresh, while gentian root and quinine bark give the characteristic bitterness and warm spices (cinnamon, star anise) round it off.

Serve it on ice with sparkling water and an orange slice, mix it with fresh orange, grapefruit or watermelon juice, or reach for it wherever a recipe calls for Campari: Negroni, Americano, Spritz, Boulevardier. The 250 mL size suits a trial run or a couple of weekend cocktails.
