About this product

L'Ancêtre Organic Unsalted Butter is made from one ingredient: organic cream. With no salt to get in the way, it tastes clean and sweet, and it lets you control the seasoning in whatever you are making.

Unsalted is the baker's butter: pastry, shortbread, cakes and buttercream all come out more predictable with it. It is also lovely on warm bread with a pinch of flaky salt on top. Keep the 250 g block in the fridge, and freeze extra blocks for a few months if you like to stock up.
