The Impossible Burger brick is Impossible Foods' plant-based ground meat in a block, ready to shape and cook however you would use ground beef. It is made from plants and is vegan, with the browning, juiciness and savoury flavour that made the brand well known.

Form it into patties, meatballs or a meatloaf, crumble it into tacos, chili or bolognese, or stuff it into peppers. Cook it through in a hot pan as the package directs. Keep it refrigerated or frozen as the label says. It is in our plant-based alternatives fridge.
