Ezekiel 4:9 is Food For Life's sprouted whole grain cereal, made from the same six organic grains and legumes as their bread (wheat, barley, millet, lentils, soybeans and spelt), sprouted and then baked into crunchy clusters with no flour at all. This version adds organic raisins and cinnamon. It is certified organic with no preservatives, and the grain and legume combination makes it a complete protein.

Eat it cold with milk or a plant milk, or hot: simmer it a few minutes in milk for a quick porridge. It is also good over yogurt. Made in a facility that also handles wheat, soy, sesame, tree nuts and milk.
