Clef des Champs Organic Red Clover Tea

Clef des Champs Organic Red Clover Tea is a loose herbal tea of dried red clover flower and leaf, certified organic. Red clover has small pink-purple blossoms, and the dried herb brews into a light, mildly sweet, hay-like cup with no caffeine.

Steep a couple of tablespoons in a litre of boiling water, covered, for ten to fifteen minutes and strain. It is pleasant on its own, or blended with mint or chamomile if you like a fuller flavour. Keep the bag sealed away from light and heat so the flowers hold their colour and taste.
