We deliver to virtually all of HRM from our Bedford location. The delivery fee is calculated based on your postal code.

Free Delivery Eligibility
Zones 1, 2 & 3: Orders over $100 (before tax and after any promotion or discount) are eligible for free delivery.
Zones 4 & 5: Orders over $125 (before tax and after any promotion or discount) are eligible for free delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
Luminate Express Local Delivery Orders are typically processed within 2 hours of being placed (during our open hours).
Our delivery window is between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
Same-Day Delivery Cutoff:
Orders received by 11:00 AM will be delivered the same day. Orders after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following day.
While we strive to maintain highly accurate inventory, if our team needs to discuss any swaps, they will call you at the phone number provided on your order.
Important Delivery Notes
Once a parcel is confirmed as safely delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please retrieve your parcel within a reasonable timeframe.
Orders containing refrigerated or frozen items are packaged to keep them cold during transport.
Note: We are not responsible for the condition of perishable items after delivery is complete. Parcels that are delivered safely and are subsequently stolen are not eligible for reimbursement.

We cover return shipping for damaged items or shipping errors
Photo Confirmation
Some refunds may be processed with photo proof of damage
Manufacturer Issues
Product warranties handled directly by manufacturers
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or shipped in error
Product must be returned before refund is issued (photo confirmation may be accepted for damaged items)
