Ruby Piquette Zero is our latest effort in bringing our expertise into the creation of unprecedented non-alcoholic options. Because the forceful de-alcoholization of wine can simultaneously strip character and quality, Piquette Zero takes the innovative approach of using low-intervention macerations and infusions, leading to a natural likeness to the flavours that make wine such a prized experience. Not identical to wine, Piquette Zero is to be enjoyed for its own unique deliciousness.
