Light and not a strong scent.for me experienced drainage symptoms within 24/48hrs. Used twice a day for two weeks. I Felt much lighter ! You may use the bathroom a lot more while your body detoxify's and feel kinda tired and like your sick but once you get over the 48 hr mark you feel better.
