Total bacterial culture - 10 billion CFU Lactobacillus rhamnosus - 80% 8 billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus - 10% 1 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum - 10% 1 billion CFU Non-medicinal ingredients Lactose, whey powder, goat milk powder, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), pectin, ascorbic acid, skim milk, trypticase-soy broth, sucrose.

1 capsule, 1-3 times per day, preferably 30 minutes after meals or as directed by a health practitioner. If taking antibiotics, wait two hours before ingesting probiotics.
