Where we Ship to & Shipping Rates

Luminateco.ca ships only within Canada. Shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout and are based on dimensions and weight of the package as well as destination for delivery. International shipping is not available.

Our Order Processing Times

Orders at Luminateco.ca are typically processed within 2-3 business hours of being placed, and typically ship next day, but we do reserve the ability to take 2-3 business days to fulfill your order in case we experience unforeseen issues.

Once we have completed picking and packing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it is complete. Once it has shipped, you will receive a separate email with your order tracking number. Please read the shipping notification email carefully.

We retain the discretion to choose the courier we use to ship your order amongst a number of carriers available to us, and do so based on a number of factors, including shipment size / weight, distance, and destination.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders over $80 (before tax and after any promotion or discount) are eligible for free shipping. Orders totalling over 3kg are excluded from free shipping eligibility, as are orders to remote areas.

Returned Parcels

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the full value of the product(s) returned less the original shipping costs we incurred and any additional fees incurred to return the products to us (including return postage, handling).

  • Incorrect / Incomplete / Undeliverable address
  • Order refused by the customer for any reason including damaged product/products
  • Order not retrieved from Post office in time allotted (if order is directed there)

Should any corrections need to be made to any incorrect shipping information at the fault of the customer, and delivery needs to be re-attempted by the courier, a fee of $15.00 + HST will be charged to the method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Missing Products / Parcels

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. Any product damages or missing items must be communicated to us within 24 hours after the parcel has been delivered. A damaged product must be returned to us in order for a refund to be processed. Please contact customer support to notify us of the issue and to request a return label. Once received, we will inspect the product and issue a refund as applicable. In some cases, a photo confirmation may be requested instead, if a product is damaged severely and cannot be shipped back or if we determine it is more feasible to do so. Please send a clear photo of the contents of each product to info@luminateco.ca. Do not use/consume the damaged product nor consume it before the issue with it is resolved. Note, that if the product is not available, we will not be able to offer a refund/credit or re-ship.

Once a parcel is considered safely delivered by the courier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Parcels which are delivered safely, and are stolen after, are not eligible for reimbursement through Luminateco.ca.

Returns and Refunds

Our goal at Luminate Co Wellness Market is for you to be fully satisfied with your shopping experience, feel fully supported with the appropriate knowledge necessary to make the most appropriate choices for you and your family and ultimately to feel satisfied with the products you have purchased.

In the event that you wish to return an item you purchased, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 14 days of your original purchase date, or for items that have been shipped to you, within 14 days of the original shipping date. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The following categories are final sale; Bulk products, Fresh Produce, Frozen/Refrigerated goods, Feminine Care products, Gift Cards, Sale Items, Calyx, the Cure Apothecary and all Makeup/Beauty Products. Luminate Co reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges at our sole discretion. Some exceptions may apply.

Luminateco.ca will only pay for a return label if a product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend consulting with us prior to shipping back any products and getting a tracking number for your return so you can follow its arrival back to us. Please note that a product is required to be returned in order for a refund to be issued. Sometimes we might be able to issue a refund based on a photo confirmation of a product damage.

Please note that if a customer decides to cancel an order prior to shipping for which payment has already been processed, we will gladly refund, but an administration fee equal to 5% of the total purchase price will be applied.

We guarantee that we will not ship any product with less than 30 days remaining before its best before date, with an exception of breads / buns / wraps / tortillas, refrigerated items, chips, puffs, cookies and crackers that will be shipped out with no less than 15 days remaining.
