Frozen immediately after being made, which helps to preserve the quality and integrity of the sea moss and its nutrients, and allows for longer shelf life. (Gel is good for 3-4months frozen. Once thawed, Gel will stay fresh for 3-4 weeks in fridge).
Consumption Recommendations: 1-2 Tablespoons Daily
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to consume. Once thawed, keep in fridge
