Schoolhouse GlutenFree Potato Millet Bread, Half Loaf


A fluffy bread that bakes tall in the pan and makes for attractive slices that have a real-bread texture. It can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container for one week instead of being stored in the freezer. The bread does not have to be toasted to taste good and will not crumble on you. If you do toast it, it fills the room with an aroma of fresh baked bread. It does contain lactose, but is also yeast-free and nut-free.

Ingredients: potato starch, plain yogurt, millet flour, flax flour, eggs, butter, organic cane sugar, organic apple cider vinegar, xantham gum, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.

Free of: gluten, wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and preservatives.
