Schoolhouse GlutenFree Molasses Seed Bread, Half Loaf


A classic Maritime molasses brown bread variation on our Potato-Millet Bread. An exceptionally delicious gluten-free bread. It is a gorgeous, moist tall loaf of bread, yeast-free and full of nutritious seeds. The bread does not have to be toasted to taste good and will not crumble on you. If you do toast it, it fills the room with an aroma of fresh baked bread. It does contain lactose, but is also yeast-free and nut-free. Use as a breakfast toast or savoury open faced sandwich layered with chevre, tomato and fresh basil.

Ingredients: potato starch, plain yogurt, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax flour, millet flour, eggs, teff seeds, butter, unsulphered blackstrap molasses, xantham gum, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, organic cider vinegar, sea salt.

Free of: gluten, wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and preservatives.
