Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required. Coconut oil is naturally liquid at warmer temperatures and is semi-solid to solid at cooler temperatures. It is perfectly natural to see it change between these two states.
Our certified organic buttery flavor is made from pure non-GMO fermented plants including sunflower, coconut and mint. Our coconuts are sourced from some of the richest soils in Southeast Asia and are never processed with any hexane or other harsh chemicals. This product can be used at medium heat when baking and sauteing.
