Cautions/Warnings
Detoxification reactions include mild headaches, nausea and flu like symptoms. In such cases, reduce initial dose and gradually increase to the suggested adult dosage. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy/Polygonaceae/Brassicacease family, are taking products containing diuretics, have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney orliver disorders, diabetes, edema. Do not exceed recommende dose. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition or are taking any medications. Discontinue use if abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting occurs for over 3 days. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if ou experience dizziness, confusion muscle weakness, pain, abnormal heart beat, and or difficulty breathing. Keep out of reach of children.
Usage/Dosage
Adults: Take 3 tablespoons of the prepared tea, 3 times daily. Prepared tea can be diluted with equal amount of hotwater prior to consumption. Ensure tea is sufficiently warm for optimal results. Sip slowly. Preferably, take 1/2 an hour before breakfast and lunch, and on an empty stomach before bed.
