Ashwagandha is known as the “king of the herbs.” Its’ use can be traced back thousands of years as part of the ancient healing system of India in remedies for fatigue, emaciation, inflammation, cough, and brain function.
Small batch brewing process starts with organic ashwagandha harvested at peak potency. It’s made into a herbal tea and combined with a unique scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Then patience. We wait. We ferment fully for months, unlike other kombuchas which typically ferment for mere days or weeks.

Medicinal Ingredients: (per 20 ml)
Fermented certified organic Ashwagandha decoction, 1.2% Organic acids (from 240 mg Withania somnifera).
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding.
One shot (20 mL/4 tsp) per day. Drink straight-up or mix with water or juice. And take five deep. slow breathes. Inhale. Exhale. Because we all need a reminder to slow down sometimes.
